During the Lean Lifestyle I had the opportunity to stop and really listen to myself, then gradually clarifying the many doubts I had about the opportunity to grow Akhet, the company that together with other archaeologists my colleagues and I founded, almost twenty years ago, without specific business training, to allow us to turn into work what for all of us represented a passion. For me it was important to understand how growth does not necessarily lead to moving away from one's values to adopt pre-established models, that there are different ways of doing business and that we can shape them to make our ideas and visions concrete."
