A way of working that has also become a way of living and that has helped me make important choices for my physical and mental well-being, and that has given me the awareness and confidence to be able to take on new challenges. This is why I decided to join Clabo and start again in the work of spreading principles of agility, simplification and continuous improvement, reaching in a few months’ productivity increases of 6% and production value of 20%. We defined roles and responsibilities, removed barriers between corporate areas and let communication and information sharing make everyone feel involved and focused on common goals.
