At the end of a workday it happens that you feel extremely tired, with no energy left to do anything, not even to do some sports or perhaps prepare dinner.
The cause of so much fatigue is often attributed to psychological factors and mismanagement of emotions and energy: feeling exhausted is the physical manifestation of a neurological state that involves everyone’s entire emotional, and ultimately, energetic sphere.
There is no intelligence without emotion. There can be emotion without a lot of intelligence, but that is beyond us.
This happens because when faced with external pressures, always perceived as dangers or threats, we respond with an attitude, instinctive, primal defense and attack. Inbusiness, emotions often do not find their place and remain cut off, from any management criteria, leaving room for instinct and randomness.
Many bosses, probably even unknowingly, use the negative emotions of fear, anger and defensiveness as a stimulus to action to get the desired results from employees.

- Failure to express appreciation dampens the processes of continuous improvement and growth
- Robbing workers of their work demolishes the fiduciary relationship
- Leaving employees without feedback causes severe disorientation
- Showing disinterest in the work you oversee results in a decrease in attention to activities that are perceived to be of little consequence
- Accusing or criticizing triggers a continuous search for the guilty, a continuous attack on people rather than on problems
- Setting impossible deadlines produces stress and results in a deep sense of inadequacy
- To debase others in order to increase one’s own worth is the sum total of the disabling attitudes, the one that in one fell swoop covers the whole sphere of fears and negative emotions listed in the previous points.
The decisions we make every day depend on the emotional state we find ourselves in.
We cannot disregard them, for ourselves and for those around us.
It is emotions that make us make some choices or others.
