What to do to make work truly smart

3 May 2022Change. It is an action that changes ourselves and what we have around us. Necessary, useful and the bearer of novelty.
I talked about this with Silvia Messa, a journalist with Millionaire magazine. Questions and answers that seek to shed light on new needs to which professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs must respond in new ways. This resulted in an interview published in the February 2022 issue.
“People are clamming up, the silent movement of those who cling to the existing and the known because they are afraid to change. Many are experiencing this phase of inner change, excluding a small portion of early adopters, the innovators. Most people are slow. Instead, we need to approach change in a structured way. It applies to everything: diet, environmental choices and consequences, jobs. The key words are “courage to experiment.” Having the mindset of experimentation does not mean revolutionizing everything, but making hypotheses, testing whether they are true or not, gaining experience, evaluating the outcome, including error, learning and moving forward for a new experiment. This means evolutionary change.”
