Economic and Human Sustainability in the Supply Chain. Is digitization enough?

In this article, Luciano Attolico discusses the consequences of supply chain digitization. Attolico states that digitization is not sufficient to ensure the balance between economic sustainability and human sustainability. To achieve the balance and obtain the best results, Attolico proposes business management based on three elements: a holistic approach within the organization, increased awareness among partners, and increased flexibility in process management.
