Innovation and change to get companies running again

13 October 2020Work habits have become established in companies that on many occasions are not conducive to people’s well-being and the enhancement of the human potential at hand.
We are all obsessed with results, in an extremely competitive world, but we do not realize that the way we are achieving them often needlessly burns our best physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energies.
We can no longer stop and think about the fact that we could achieve much more with much less effort and waste of resources.
We work intensively moving quickly from one topic to another, never ceasing to be perpetually connected with all the latest technological tools, and very often at the end of our days the most common feeling is that of stress combined with that of having concluded much less than we would have liked.
We often fail to build relationships in the company that foster maximum involvement of the people who work with us, and we find ourselves burdened with a thousand tasks and problems to be solved, which perhaps could have been solved by our employees if properly trained, involved and followed.
Our days are now characterized by an “artificial” degree of complexity that often proves unnecessary for the achievement of our personal and professional goals.
Focusing exclusively on business processes, as is frequently the case in this historical period, with the goal of reducing time, improving service levels to customers and reducing waste, contributes greatly to improved business performance.
But, if nothing is done to also improve the performance of the people who work every day in the company, in conjunction with improving their well-being, no change project is sustainable over time.
For this reason, the Executive Master Lean Lifestyle Leadership was born, with the aim of bringing Lean Thinking to the service of people. To acquire the ability to achieve great performance and results in life and in the company, rediscovering personal and team well-being, simplifying our working days, eliminating waste in the personal sphere, and making the most of our potential together with that of our collaborators.
